Iyengar Yoga, Pilates and TPI Fitness truly works to train the deep postural muscles and the large movement muscles to gain strength, mobility and stability.  We will take the time to learn muscle control, proper body mechanics (so when your coach is asking you to perform a specific body task you can), flexibility to open the nerve pathways for healthy muscle movement and blood flow.  During all of my classes breathing skills will be discussed durning each move to open the lungs, diaphragmatic ring, which in turn will bring mental clarity and help in the game of golf  .  This techniques helps one to develop better balance, weight distribution and ability to sequence the golf swing.  My goal is to assist you in feeling pain free after play, reduce the risk of injury and help you maintain longevity in the game.
