I'm Jessica, a functional performance and movement specialist passionate about helping people feel strong, connected, and at home in their bodies.
My foundation began with a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from the University of Delaware, complemented by early training at the Iyengar Yoga Institute in San Diego. Over the past two decades, I've worked with thousands of clients - from everyday individuals to athletes - using Iyengar Yoga, Balanced Body Pilates, Lagree, and TPI golf-specific training to build strength, mobility, and performance, helping athletes develop movement and power specific to their sport.
I'm known for my energetic, detail-orientated teaching style and my ability to meet people exactly where they are while guiding them forward. With extensive experience supporting injury recovery, working with diverse populations, and integrating breath as a foundation for movement and stress regulation, I create a safe, professional environment where clients can build strength with confidence. Whether in person or online, my goal is simple: to help you feel seen, supported, and stronger than when you arrived.
In addition to movement, I work with wellness brands to refine their identity and grow through intentional marketing/branding - bringing together strategy, creativity, and a deep understanding of the wellness space.
